Computers bridging the education gap in Tanzania

Updated: Nov 7, 2018

The BRIDGE programme has recently received computers from Afrinspire and is using them to educate students who were forced to drop out of secondary education.

Many young people are forced to cut short their education in rural Tanzania, for example Caren was forced by her parents to marry rather than stay in school, her husband then left her with twins, but she is now learning computer skills and entrepreneurship through the

BRIDGE programme and hopes to set up a small business.
