We have been following the development of the Divine Academy School in Kampala for the past two years. The land for this school was reclaimed from a swamp.  The School director spotted the opportunity and obtained the land at a good (low/reasonable) price.  Once the school proved that the area could be built on safely all the surrounding land has been taken on every side as this residential suburb of Kampala develops.
